Grief and Loss

2343736261The loss you feel seems overwhelming.

You tell yourself you should be over it by now, but then – out of nowhere – the tears come.

Holidays, anniversaries, and random moments make you want to stay in bed and disappear. Your mind will not stop replaying memories, even when you wish it would.

Or maybe it is a breakup – you know it’s over, but the urge to reach out is overwhelming. Even when you cannot, the panic creeps in.

Panic and grief are two sides of the same coin. And yes, I have a story about that. I will share it when we meet.

2303001229Grief is not something to get over.

It is something to move through, and the process differs for everyone. Dealing with loss is painful, messy, and exhausting.

Maybe you have been keeping yourself busy, avoiding the deep, gut-wrenching sobs you know are there. It feels safer that way.

But here’s the truth: gently leaning into grief is one of the most healing things you can do for yourself.

And you do not have to do it alone. I will be right there with you.

Did you know elephants grieve, too? (Another story for another time, but trust me, it is incredible.)

2322862375Let’s work to make your grief less overwhelming.

The grieving process does not have a timeline. My role is to be by your side as you go through it.

This is a time to express your feelings openly and learn ways to overcome overwhelming emotions.

By the time we finish working together, you will see grief not as an enemy but as an essential part of healing.

It is not about “moving on” but finding a way forward with love, meaning, and peace.
